Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce


I hadn’t had this stuff in awhile because it it kinda expensive.  Well I hit the jackpot this week, it was on sale!!!

I quickly came home and made a macorroni and green bean salad.  Yummy yummy yummy.  I originally had it at a friends and she mixed the sauce with egg noodles and peas.  It is so yummy it makes even your most hated vegetable taste good.  It is spivey and once you get a taste of it you are hooked.  I have tried many many times to recreate the taste only to be disappointed.  They figured out the recipe for the best damn peanut sauce I have ever had.

I sprinkled a little of my honey nut chicken breading and was set!

Honey Nut Breading / Coating / Versatile Yummolicios Topping

  • 1 14oz jar of Peanuts Honey Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 Stale French Baguettes (or about 2 cups of whatever you have around the house stale bread crumbs) cups Bread Crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons McCormick Grill Seasoning


Step 1
Toast the Bread crumbs and peanuts in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
After the breadcrumb mixture has cooled. In 2 cup batches. Put the mixture into a blender and blend until fine. Empty mixture into a medium bowl and continue until everything has been blended. Add in the McCormick Grill seasoning.
Step 3
Store the mixture in large MAson jar. I prefer to keep my breadcrumb mixture in the freezer. You get a better shelf life out of it.
