I saw this on Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservation and have been jonesing to try it. I was so excited when I found it at Makka Market. This is a Moroccan table condiment. I used it in a chicken stew and it gave the stew and almost Mole’ depth to it! It can be used as a dry rub, on cauliflower, potatoes, POPCORN!!!! or put it in oil to flavor the oil when you are frying something up. Very versatile ingredient and is now a pantry staple for my home.
