Cafe Bustel — Instant Espresso Powder

A lot of the chef’s on the Food Network talk about adding Instant Espresso powder to dishes.  I have searched everywhere for this.  I finally found it at my Shoprite.  Fun thing is, I would ask my Italian friends about this stuff and they would look at me like I had three heads.  

I used regular instant coffee before I could find this and that seemed to be a good substitute.  My brother loves Iced Mochas so I sent him some to try.

Ingredients

  • 1tsp Instant Espresso
  • 1 cup Milk, Evap Milk (Choose your liquid based on your taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Agave (Dissolves the best in cold water)

Directions

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake away.
