A lot of the chef’s on the Food Network talk about adding Instant Espresso powder to dishes. I have searched everywhere for this. I finally found it at my Shoprite. Fun thing is, I would ask my Italian friends about this stuff and they would look at me like I had three heads.
I used regular instant coffee before I could find this and that seemed to be a good substitute. My brother loves Iced Mochas so I sent him some to try.
- 1tsp Instant Espresso
- 1 cup Milk, Evap Milk (Choose your liquid based on your taste)
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
- 1 heaped tablespoon Agave (Dissolves the best in cold water)
|Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake away.|
