My friend Angie, who lives in Atlanta call this her secret crack sauce. She got me addicted to this stuff. There is an addicted funk to it. Once you taste this you will want to keep it in your pantry. I make a a Kimchi like dish with this and Napa cabbage. Go easy on the sauce though. I went hog wild and added the whole jar when I wok’ed up some Napa cabbage. The next morning I paid dearly. It felt like I was shitting a baby dragon.
This product is the secret ingredient in Vegetarian General Tso chicken. I toss with oil and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Really to your desired crunch level. I then toss with Kraft Catalina dressing (another secret ingredient) and serve with broccoli and rice.
