How does wine look? Color deep burble almost burgundy
How does it smell?  Slight alcohol smell.  A smooth oaky smell
How does the wine taste?  Smooth easy drinking wine.    Oaky cherry blackberry flavors.  The oaky smell makes you incision being a winery deep in the country somewhere.  This would be a great fall picnic wine.  It also makes me think about snuggling up with a blankly in front of a fire.  Would compliment a hearty beef stew well.  Wine spectator said that this is a wine that can be enjoyed now or saved.  I say buy a couple of bottles and you will always have a great wine on hand and if you don’t drink it now it will definitely get better with age.  Nice hearty wine will only continue to release its beauty.

Green Fin – 2010

I am not going to lie.  I bought this wine because the label was cute.  I was at Trader Joes in DC and looking for a reasonable bottle of wine.  This wine did not disappoint.  It would be a great table wine to keep on hand for low key dinners or picnics.  Rich in tannins so I am sure this wine will only get better with age.
