I had a busy Saturday and was hungry but exhausted. Luckily I had visit Farm 51 on Thursday night and was able to pull this salad together using my creative mind. I am not a big fan of radishes but Farm 51’s superb quality and the rest of the ingredients made me want some more radishes.
I took the butter lettuce from Farm 51 sliced very thinly a few radishes, added dill and chives and then a few blackberries. Then I added Ken’s Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing (low fat ever!!) and walllaaa!! Perfection!
