Kenko Mayonnaise – Japanese Style

I am so addicted to this stuff.  My friend Sharon encouraged me to try it when we visited Mitsuma in New Jersey.  I was leery because because it is kinda expensive.   But, as you can see from the picture it is truly an addiction.  I cut the container open so that I could get every last drop!  For those who grew up in America before all the food became tainted with High Fructose Corn Syrup and other yucky things this taste like what Mayo use to taste like back in the day.
