Found this little spice grinder for 4 bucks at Marshalls.  GREAT find!!!

If you ever see one you should snatch it up.  Grinds great and doesnt take up much space.  It is a great design the rubber on the handle makes it easy to grind spices and the small container makes for easy dumping.
