I get this at the Clarke Park Farmer’s Market in Philly. It isn’t cheap but man is it amazing. You have to refrigerate it because there are no preservatives in it. It cost about 6 bucks a loaf. I keep it in the freezer and when I am craving an amazing and comfy tomato sandwich I toast up the bread and spread the Japanese mayo on it then add tomoato avocado and red onion sliced thin. A little piece of heaven.
